Digital License Policy

Welcome to EmbDesignTube. This Digital License Policy explains the usage rights, restrictions, ownership terms, and commercial usage conditions applicable to all digital products, machine embroidery designs, downloadable files, memberships, subscriptions, and related services available through EmbDesignTube.com.

1. License Ownership

All embroidery designs, digital files, artwork, previews, graphics, descriptions, metadata, catalogs, compilations, software integrations, and related content available on EmbDesignTube.com remain the exclusive intellectual property of EmbDesignTube and/or its licensors.

Customers purchase a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable digital usage license and do not obtain ownership rights to any design or digital file.

2. Permitted Usage

Subject to compliance with this policy, customers may:

Use purchased embroidery designs for personal embroidery projects.
Use designs for commercial embroidery production on physical finished products.
Resize or edit embroidery files for machine compatibility purposes.
Create stitched products for customers using legally purchased files.

3. Strictly Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited:

Reselling embroidery files in any format.
Sharing files with third parties.
Uploading files to marketplaces, forums, cloud drives, social groups, Telegram channels, or websites.
Converting purchased files into new downloadable products.
Claiming ownership of EmbDesignTube designs.
Using designs for AI training datasets, machine learning systems, or automated generation tools.
Mass redistribution or commercial design trading.
Selling edited versions of original designs.
Providing purchased files to customers as downloadable assets.
Using bots, automated tools, or scraping systems to collect designs or metadata.

4. Commercial Usage Conditions

Commercial embroidery production using purchased files is permitted only for physical stitched products.

Commercial rights do not include:

Digital redistribution rights.
Wholesale file sharing rights.
Marketplace resale rights.
White-label redistribution rights.

5. Membership and Subscription Usage

Membership plans are provided exclusively for the registered account holder.

Account sharing, download abuse, automated downloading, credential sharing, or unusual usage patterns may result in temporary suspension or permanent termination without refund.

6. Anti-Piracy Enforcement

EmbDesignTube actively monitors unauthorized usage, redistribution, and copyright violations using technical, automated, and manual detection systems.

We reserve the right to:

Suspend accounts.
Restrict downloads.
Block devices or IP addresses.
Issue DMCA notices.
Pursue legal remedies where applicable.

7. Chargebacks and Fraud Protection

Digital products are delivered electronically and download activity may be logged for fraud prevention, dispute handling, and compliance verification purposes.

EmbDesignTube reserves the right to provide download logs, IP records, device information, timestamps, and account activity records to payment processors or authorities in response to fraudulent disputes or chargeback investigations.

Fraudulent payment disputes may result in account suspension, permanent service restriction, legal recovery actions, or future purchase blocking.

8. Machine Compatibility Responsibility

Customers are responsible for verifying embroidery machine compatibility, supported formats, software requirements, hoop sizes, and technical specifications before purchase.

EmbDesignTube is not responsible for operational issues caused by incorrect machine settings, stabilizers, thread quality, fabric conditions, software limitations, machine calibration, or improper usage.

9. License Termination

Violation of this policy may result in immediate license termination without prior notice or refund.

Upon termination, customers must cease all unauthorized usage and remove unlawfully distributed files.

10. International Usage

Customers accessing EmbDesignTube from outside India are responsible for compliance with their local laws, import rules, tax regulations, and intellectual property regulations.
